Welcome to Compass Pointe Apartments, a spacious residential community in Valparaiso where comfort, convenience, and thoughtfully designed amenities come together across a beautifully maintained apartment neighborhood.

Compass Pointe offers a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from approximately 650 to more than 1,300 square feet. Each home is designed for comfortable everyday living and features an in-home washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and a private patio or balcony with its own exterior storage room, giving you both outdoor space and convenient additional storage.

Screened-in patios or balconies are available in select homes, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and outdoor living in comfort throughout much of the year. Select floorplans also feature cozy gas fireplaces and vaulted ceilings, adding warmth and architectural character.

Throughout the community, residents enjoy a wide range of amenities designed for relaxation, recreation, and convenience. The campus includes two resident community centers, two seasonal swimming pools, and two fitness centers, giving residents convenient access to amenities no matter where they live within the community.
